All equipment is properly steralized prior to each appointment. Equipment is cleaned using medical sterilizer Preempt CS20. All surfaces are cleaned with Preemt wipes. Fresh linens are used for each client. I wear a mask, mask for the client is optional. 

Please arrive to your appointment with a clean face free of mascara, makeup and lotions. This will ensure your lashes have the best retention possible and contributes to best sanitation practices.

If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. If 24 hours is given there will be no cancellation fee. If less than 24 hours is given then it will be based on the situation. Cancellation fee is $25.00 and is due immediately following missed appointments. I'm pretty flexible with things that life throws so communicate and generally cancelling an appointment is never an issue.

Please reschedule if you have the following:

Pink Eye, Coughing, Fever, Covid 19, nausea, vomitting, Diarrhea, anything that may make it difficult to lay for extended periods of time. 

Free touch ups within 72 hours for non natural premature shedding of lashes. After that fill prices apply

All services provided are non refundable and payment is due at the time of service. If you are not fully satisfied at the end of your appointment, I provide a free removal at the time of service and will restore you back to your natural lashes that you came in with. If you choose a removal then payment of $30.00 will be due but you will not have to pay for a full set. I really just want you to be happy! You should leave my studio feeling beautiful!
